I had an itch to start my own business. Having grown up in the Mountain West where most homes have basements, I saw a need to help the residents of Orange County utilize their garages to maximize storage and efficiency. Plus, I really like a clean and organized garage!
We started in 2011, soon after our third child was born, as the OC dealer for Monkey Bars Storage, offering shelving, floor coatings, and overhead racks. We soon expanded into garage cabinets, slatwall, and other organization products.
In the beginning, I wore many hats: sales, marketing, installations, etc. Our first office was my bedroom and our first warehouse was a small storage unit. In 2015 we moved to our current location in Lake Forest.
In 2020, Monkey Bars was sold to The Stow Company and we continued as a Gorgeous Garage dealer. In 2025 we transitioned to an ORG Home dealership, changed our name to Closet and Garage Remedy, and opened a showroom for our new in-home product offerings. Today we use state-of-the-art design software to provide custom solutions for the garage, walk-in and reach-in closets, pantry, laundry, entryway, home office, and murphy beds.
Today, our family both at home and the office, have expanded and we celebrate 14 years in business. Our mission is to continue our tradition of serving the residents of Orange County and to help you be Organized for Life!
